ABOUT THE PROJECT
THE FUSION OF HISTORY AND INNOVATION.
The former “Parasitology Institute” on Aghmashenebeli avenue has been transformed into a multifunctional complex following a full reconstruction. The project blends historical and modern architectural elements.
The building now features office spaces that meet modern standards and ensure maximum functionality. Additionally it houses two individual residential apartments (one per floor), characterized by modern and comfortable designs. A recreational zone, a very important part of the former institute has been preserved and enhanced, contributing to the ecological balance of the area.
Modern elements have been harmoniously integrated with the existing architecture, highlighting the fusion od history and innovation. The complex plays a significant role in the urban development of Aghmashenebeli avenue, also restoring and emphasizing its historical significance.
