Tbilisi View project is one of the most special in our portfolio. It consists of four independent buildings, featuring terraced hanging balconies. The complex includes five entrances: two buildings are five stories high, one is four stories, and the last building descends 1.2 meters below the parking level.

The project boasts a large landscaped garden, indoor and outdoor parking spaces, and a unique location. Situated on the slopes of Mtatsminda, its design follows the unconventional contours of the terrain. The facade offers breathtaking views of Tbilisi.
