THE COMPLEX LOCATED ON SABURTALO CONSISTS OF A MULTI-STORY BUILDING, WHICH INCLUDES CENTRAL ENTRANCES, LOBBIES, SEVERAL COURTYARDS, SPORTS AND RECREATIONAL FIELDS, FITNESS GYMS, SPECIALLY ARRANGED GARDENS, AND OPEN OR ENCLOSED PARKING AREAS.
The complex services include:
➣ Cleaning of entrances, stairwells, courtyards, and common-use spaces.
➣ Gardener services to maintain and care for the garden and greenery.
➣ Scheduled and systematic maintenance of elevators.
➣ Scheduled and systematic maintenance of the water pump system.
➣ Video surveillance and technical support (e.g., installation of intercom systems and barriers).
➣ Payment of water and electricity bills managed by the association.
➣ 24-hour security guard services.
