                        The building maintenance services include:  
➣ Cleaning of the entrance halls, stairwells, yard, and common areas.  
➣ Gardening services, including maintenance and organisation of the garden and plants.  
➣ Regular and systematic inspection of the elevator.  
➣ Regular and systematic inspection of the water pump.  
➣ Video surveillance and technical support (e.g., installation of intercom systems).  
➣ Payment of water and electricity bills on behalf of the homeowners association.
➣ 24-hour concierge (reception) service.
