ABOUT THE PROJECT
THE COMPLEX LOCATED IN SOLOLAKI CONSISTS OF 4 SEPARATE BUILDINGS, WHICH INCLUDE MAIN ENTRANCES, STAIRWELLS, SEVERAL YARDS, A GARDEN AREA, AND BOTH OPEN AND CLOSED PARKING ZONES. THE COMPLEX IS SERVED BY 2 ELEVATORS.
The building maintenance services include:
➣ Cleaning of the entrance halls, stairwells, yard, and common areas.
➣ Gardening services, including maintenance and organisation of the garden and plants.
➣ Regular and systematic inspection of the elevator.
➣ Regular and systematic inspection of the water pump.
➣ Video surveillance and technical support (e.g., installation of intercom systems).
➣ Payment of water and electricity bills on behalf of the homeowners association.
➣ 24-hour security service.
