Restaurant “Mozaiko” is located in a historic district of Tbilisi, within the hotel “Ambasadori”. In 2023 there was a fire and it destroyed the space of the restaurant entirely, so the interior was completely reimagined during reconstruction.


Process of reconstruction changed the concept entirely. New Mozaiko style is modern, eclectic and memorable. The floor features pine tree type of pattern, which is crafted by four types of marble textures. Architecural elements used in interior are made of Italian ,,De Castelli” tiles. Planning of the restaurant is quite interesting and unique, creating an inviting atmosphere with round tables, curved sofas and leather chairs.


The name of restaurant is integrated in design with golden mosaic used at bar. The interior emphasizes natural textures and bright colors, creating a vibrant and harmonious design.
